The ‘Sunrise Apartment’ offers magnificent panoramic views across the Bay where the peacefulness of Sullivans Beach is here to enjoy and has a fully equipped kitchen, King Size Master bedroom with ensuite, second Queen size bedroom with separate bathroom and a private deck.
‘The Ferns’ and ‘Seashells’ each offer their own special peaceful seclusion whilst enjoying beautiful Bay views from across spacious outdoor decks with convenient cooking facilities including a BBQ, microwave, tea/coffee making and toaster.
Take a short 3 minute drive or enjoy a leisurely 15 minute walk along the beach and rocks to the town of Paihia with its many cafes, restaurants and shops and from the wharf where you can launch your days of exploration and adventure in the Bay of Islands including a 15 minute ferry trip to the quaint town of Russell.

The Sunrise Apartment is luxurious accommodation that has a Master bedroom with ensuite and bath, Queen bedroom with its own private deck and second bathroom, beautifully appointed kitchen, BBQ, spacious lounge and dining area, double lock up garage with separate laundry facilities and internal lift.

The Ferns is the larger of two superior quality suites on the lower level with off road parking, private ground floor access, BBQ, microwave, tea/coffee facilities, toaster, laundry and a spacious deck overlooking the Bay set beside a natural bush garden.
Seashells is a superior quality open style suite with off road parking, private ground floor access, BBQ, microwave, tea/coffee facilities, toaster, laundry and a spacious outdoor deck directly overlooking glorious views across the Bay.
